WHY ST. THOMAS?
Both of my parents were born and raised in the Caribbean and wanted my sisters and I to experience the same carefree childhood away from the big city mentality of LA where I was born.

FUNNY THINGS ABOUT LIVING IN ST. THOMAS
Tourists would ask us the funniest questions! For example, “How does this island float?” or “Do the kids really go to school here?” or “Do people actually work here?”

COOLEST PLACE IN THE CARIBBEAN
The Baths in Virgin Gorda and the Willy T in Norman Island [a barge that’s been converted into a floating restaurant].

FAVORITE THING TO DO
Travel, no question.

FAVORITE PLACE YOU’VE VISITED
Monsanto, Portugal – one of the most amazing places I have ever seen, and the origin of my family.

IF YOU COULD GO ONE PLACE RIGHT NOW, WHERE WOULD IT BE?
The Maldives.

EDUCATION HISTORY
Went to Ronald Reagan HS in San Antonio and graduated from UTSA in May 2011 with a degree in Communications and a minor in International Relations.

HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN WITH CORDILLERA RANCH?
I started working at the Clubs of Cordillera Ranch in September 2007 and moved to Cordillera Ranch Realty in October 2011

DESCRIBE YOUR ROLE
My primary role is to coordinate the traditional and virtual marketing efforts for our fast-growing re-sale realty operations. I’m constantly researching ways to better market our re-sale properties to get customers on property so our sales reps can work their magic.

FAVORITE MOVIE
Split between The Count of Monte Cristo and Captain Ron, but Brides Maids is a recent addition…

WHAT IS IT LIKE TO WORK WITH TRACY HARRIS?
Indescribable.

WHAT IS THE FUNNIEST THING HE HAS SAID SO FAR?

It’s Been a Year of Progress and Connection

As the days grow shorter and our community begins to sparkle with holiday lights, I wanted to share a quick note of gratitude and a few friendly reminders as we head into the season. This time of year always seems to bring out the best in people — more get-togethers, more shared meals and more neighborly help when it’s needed most.
