Primary Bath
The primary bathroom suite features a symmetrical design with a vaulted ceiling, which beautifully frames a freestanding tub accented by a gray shiplap wall and a vintage-inspired chandelier for a stunning focal point moment. Separate dual vanities mirror each other across opposite walls, providing distinct areas for getting ready. The vanities are finished in crisp white cabinetry, quartz counters and brushed chrome fixtures.

Sotol
The Sotol home is designed in the transitional style, combining the charm of traditional materials with the clean features of contemporary design. The home offers 4,364 square feet of living space encompassing four bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms, a formal dining room, a study, a game room, a wine cellar, an oversized three-car garage and a private backyard complete with a pool and hot tub.
Kitchen
The gourmet kitchen features 6.5” oak plank wood floors that run throughout the home’s main living areas. The warm wood tones are continued on the rustic alder wood cabinetry, which features double-height upper cabinets and a custom range hood in the same material. The dramatic oversized island is clad in a leathered finish gray quartzite countertop with stunning variation and a waterfall edge. Made for the gourmet home chef, the kitchen is outfitted with a luxury Thermador® appliance package and convenient features like a stove pot filler. Behind the kitchen sits a joint pantry and mudroom, which connects to the garage for easy access to bring in groceries and fresh produce from the farmers’ market.
Primary Suite
The home’s primary suite provides a relaxing retreat to recharge. The bedroom opens onto the patio’s hot tub, overlooking fields of Hill Country trees. A wall of sliding glass doors and clerestory windows blend the inside and out for true connections to nature. The ensuite bath features dual floating vanities and a makeup counter in the same alder cabinetry as the kitchen. Vanity-to-ceiling mirrors provide a dramatic and elevated look to the space, and limestone accents bring the rustic Hill Country feel indoors.

A terrace-level hot tub features an overflow edge that cascades down three levels into the pool. The pool design features floating steps to an additional sun patio as well as a tanning shelf.
Clubs Drive
