If there’s one thing the Lifestyle by Stadler team knows, it’s how to fully encapsulate the Cordillera Ranch lifestyle into each of their custom homes. With a communication and client-centric approach, Stadler’s team of home-building professionals can fully customize and realize each client’s vision while streamlining the building process.

“Lifestyle by Stadler has been a great builder for me,” boasts Janet Amaral, who is currently building her dream home with the Stadler team. “The whole team is friendly and always available to work with me. They’re on top of every phase of the building process. I am very happy with their work so far, and I can’t wait to move into my new home.”

Every Stadler design is unique and centered around the client’s lifestyle. “We cater to a wide range of styles,” says Stadler Marketing Manager & Sales Assistant Audrey Reiss. “The best way to discover what you want in your new build is by gathering inspiration from our previous projects.”

With that, let’s explore some of our favorite homes Lifestyle by Stadler has built on the Ranch.

The Lifestyle by Stadler Home Tour
Ledgestone

Built in the modern farmhouse style, the Ledgestone home offers 3,700 square feet of living space, including four bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms, a flex room, a study and a three-car garage.

Primary Bath

The primary bathroom suite features a symmetrical design with a vaulted ceiling, which beautifully frames a freestanding tub accented by a gray shiplap wall and a vintage-inspired chandelier for a stunning focal point moment. Separate dual vanities mirror each other across opposite walls, providing distinct areas for getting ready. The vanities are finished in crisp white cabinetry, quartz counters and brushed chrome fixtures.

Foyer

When entering the home, guests are immediately greeted by a large picture window framing the Hill Country views outside. Underfoot, wide plank wood floors run throughout the main living spaces. Above, a coffered wood beam ceiling provides cozy charm and character.

Sotol

The Sotol home is designed in the transitional style, combining the charm of traditional materials with the clean features of contemporary design. The home offers 4,364 square feet of living space encompassing four bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms, a formal dining room, a study, a game room, a wine cellar, an oversized three-car garage and a private backyard complete with a pool and hot tub.

Kitchen

The gourmet kitchen features 6.5” oak plank wood floors that run throughout the home’s main living areas. The warm wood tones are continued on the rustic alder wood cabinetry, which features double-height upper cabinets and a custom range hood in the same material. The dramatic oversized island is clad in a leathered finish gray quartzite countertop with stunning variation and a waterfall edge. Made for the gourmet home chef, the kitchen is outfitted with a luxury Thermador® appliance package and convenient features like a stove pot filler. Behind the kitchen sits a joint pantry and mudroom, which connects to the garage for easy access to bring in groceries and fresh produce from the farmers’ market.

Primary Suite

The home’s primary suite provides a relaxing retreat to recharge. The bedroom opens onto the patio’s hot tub, overlooking fields of Hill Country trees. A wall of sliding glass doors and clerestory windows blend the inside and out for true connections to nature. The ensuite bath features dual floating vanities and a makeup counter in the same alder cabinetry as the kitchen. Vanity-to-ceiling mirrors provide a dramatic and elevated look to the space, and limestone accents bring the rustic Hill Country feel indoors.

oakland Hills

The Oakland Hills property is a 4,257-square-foot home that sits on a 1.5-acre lot with views of the rolling Hill Country landscape. The floor plan includes three bedrooms, five-and-a-half bathrooms, a game room, a flex room and a large terrace lap pool.

Front Exterior

The home offers a tranquil courtyard approach, providing another private outdoor space to greet and receive guests. The contemporary design features organic materials, including rustic plank cedar siding and dry stack stone accents, contrasted with crisp Snowbound white stucco and a matte black roof and window package for a modern edge.

Backyard

The stone and cedar accents continue on the back exterior, which provides two balconies and a large terraced patio overlooking sweeping views. A terrace-level hot tub features an overflow edge that cascades down three levels into the pool. The pool design features floating steps to an additional sun patio as well as a tanning shelf.

Clubs Drive

Clubs Drive is a contemporary home designed by architect Oscar Flores. The home offers 4,373 square feet of living space and dramatic, high-end style.

Exterior

The approach to the home presents a dramatic step down to a sunken yard flanked by oversized blocks of limestone. Honed white limestone accents continue on the home’s contemporary exterior and are contrasted by a rough stacked charcoal stone accent wall, matte black roof, windows and doors. The modern slope roof and clerestory windows further accentuate the home’s contemporary feel.
