Preva provides the members and staff the ability to set, monitor and achieve fitness goals through the networked platform. Users create their personal accounts on the facilities Preva-enabled cardio equipment and/or the free Preva Mobile app, where they gain a helpful and motivating companion for their journey toward better health.

Preva Net provides the exerciser with the best Internet content and entertainment options. Through fast access to a web browser, exercisers can enjoy an extensive variety of topics including: fitness and health, news, sports, business and more. They can also listen to their favorite music; view a specific channel or access Video on Demand content.
