We are thrilled to announce that we have just launched a brand-new online reservation system to make planning your next stay easier and more convenient than ever! While blending the convenience of online reservations with personalized concierge services, each guest is truly getting the necessary attention to detail without the unnecessary struggle of tracking availability.

Members and guests can now check real-time availability and explore lodging options directly through the Clubs’ website. When requesting a reservation, members can view photos of their chosen room and take a 3D virtual tour for a detailed walkthrough. We want every guest to feel confident in their decision to stay with us, so feel free to share this feature with family and colleagues!

Believe me when I say, Cordillera knows how hard it is to get everyone’s schedules lined up. Once you find the room accommodation that best suits your needs, select “more availability” to view specific availability for the year.

For more complex stays, such as surprise parties and larger corporate outings, both Megan Basham and Brianna Botine are still by your side every step of the way to make sure everything meets your expectations.

THE ELMAX: DELUXE ROOMS & DELUXE SUITES

The Elmax offers both Deluxe Rooms and Deluxe Suites that are perfect for individual stays and small families. Each contains a king-sized bed, complimentary personal golf cart, private patio, standing shower, personal care products and luxury bedding. Each Deluxe Suite mimics the Deluxe Room with the addition of one sleeper sofa and a living room with closing barn doors.

THE GEORG HOUSE

The Georg House provides a beautiful view overlooking hole #3. The house includes four Deluxe Rooms, three of which lock-off to a common area that features a living room and kitchen, perfect for a family stay. Designed with the finest finishes and touches, each room promises an exquisite accommodation with our premium collection of bedding and Italian linens.

Amenity Reservations on the Ranch

Cordillera Ranch offers a variety of amenities for property owners and the new POA website allows online reservations for those amenities. To place a reservation request, simply log into the Cordillera Ranch POA website at www.cordilleraranchpoa.com, use the drop down on the For Residents tab and select Reservations, which lists the multiple amenities available. Property owners will then need to select which amenity they wish to reserve, and fill out the online form. The completed form is sent to the POA to review, at which time the POA will approve or deny the request. Once a decision has been made by the POA, the property owner is notified.

I recently read a story retold by the father of a young family of three that included himself, his wife and their young daughter. According to his recounting, after dinner they were each challenged to share an object symbolic of how they would describe one another to a stranger. When it was the daughter’s turn to share the item she thought to be representative of her father, she produced a cell phone. At her young age, she wasn’t taking a sarcastic “shot” at her dad, rather, it was how she truly saw him when he was home.
