What past work history prepared you for Cordillera Ranch?

I have a history in managing property owners associations, specifically custom home communities in the Hill Country. I also have successfully founded and operated businesses in the past which gives me a unique skillset when stepping into a leadership role. My experience has ingrained in me the belief that a successful POA Manager addresses every situation with empathy first and strives to always be a resource for property owners.

What has been your most rewarding professional experience?

Being given the opportunity to manage the Cordillera Ranch Property Owners Association. The unique nature of Cordillera presents so many opportunities to develop fantastic relationships with property owners and I am humbled to be a part of the Cordillera team.

What do you like most about working at Cordillera Ranch?

Managing the Cordillera Ranch Property Owners Association provides new challenges every day. Each day provides different opportunities to be a resource and serve our property owners. I enjoy the opportunity we are given to connect with our property owners.

What are your hobbies and interests?

I prefer to spend most of my time outdoors, camping, fishing, etc. My grandfather is an avid outdoorsman and growing up, that is how we spent time together. Now that I have a child of my own, it is important to my wife and me that we instill a sense of adventure in Parker.

Favorite quote or motto?

Good. – Jocko Willink

Most meaningful personal experience?

My most meaningful personal experience is the time spent with my family. I have an amazing partner in my wife, Stephanie, and we are blessed to have our 4-year-old daughter Parker fill our days with laughter. For me, the time spent with them is the epitome of joy.

Do we want to live longer and “survive” our life, or do we want to thrive? Some say we would like quality over quantity; I believe we can have quality in the quantity of years in our lives.

Welcome Letter

It’s Been a Year of Progress and Connection

As the days grow shorter and our community begins to sparkle with holiday lights, I wanted to share a quick note of gratitude and a few friendly reminders as we head into the season. This time of year always seems to bring out the best in people — more get-togethers, more shared meals and more neighborly help when it’s needed most. That spirit is what makes Cordillera Ranch such a special place to call home and, frankly, it’s not solely unique to this time of year.
