As we welcome 2025, it’s a great time to reflect on the milestones and memories we created together in 2024. Our Food & Beverage program is more than just meals and drinks — it’s about celebrating the good life moments and connecting through shared experiences. This past year brought plenty of highlights, and we’re excited to share some fun facts that showcase the incredible scale of our operations and the dedication behind the scenes.

2024 in Review: By the numbers
members served:

In 2024, we served over 51,500 members across our outlets and events. From casual lunches to grand celebrations, our team worked tirelessly to ensure each experience was exceptional.

bottled water:

We went through an impressive 126,000 bottles of water in 2024!

Beef — it’s what’s for dinner and more!

This year, we went through an incredible 23,000 pounds of beef, from patties and strips to everything in between.

egg usage:

The sheer volume of eggs we used in 2024 is nothing short of astonishing. Eggs are an integral part of almost every aspect of our culinary operations, from batters and baked goods to breakfasts and dressings. It’s not just brunch — it’s breakfast, lunch, dinner and everything in between that depends on this versatile ingredient. By year’s end, Chef Isaac’s team had cracked, whisked and folded more than 62,500 eggs into the many dishes that delighted our members

Behind the Curtain: The Heart of Our Team

These numbers only tell part of the story. Behind every plate and every glass is a passionate and talented team dedicated to making each member interaction memorable. From pre-dawn baking to the final garnishes on a late-night cocktail, their commitment to service sets us apart.

looking forward to 2025

As we step into 2025, our focus remains on delivering great experiences and exciting food and beverage offerings. On behalf of our entire Food & Beverage team, thank you for being part of our journey in 2024. We’re honored to be part of your special moments and can’t wait to make 2025 a record year filled with good times for you.

WHAT WE POURED IN 2024
TEQUILA VS. VODKA:
THE SPIRIT SHOWDOWN

In 2024, tequila and vodka went head-to-head as the most popular spirits. Tequila made an impressive showing with 238 gallons (900 bottles) poured, driven by the popularity of margaritas, straight tequila shots and other handcrafted cocktails. However, vodka stole the spotlight, clocking in at 272 gallons (1,030 bottles). Members embraced vodka for its unmatched versatility.

And the winner? By a slim margin, vodka takes the crown for 2024!

TOP POURING RED WINE:

Among our extensive wine selection, Cabernet stole the spotlight as the most-poured varietal.

Living Longer or Living Healthier: Your Lifespan vs. Health Span

At Cordillera Ranch, we often talk about achieving new fitness goals and enjoying a round of golf, tennis or pickleball. These activities and so many others we do are central to a vibrant life here at the Clubs. But how do we measure the success of our health? Do we want to live longer and “survive” our life, or do we want to thrive? Some say we would like quality over quantity; I believe we can have quality in the quantity of years in our lives.

It’s Been a Year of Progress and Connection

As the days grow shorter and our community begins to sparkle with holiday lights, I wanted to share a quick note of gratitude and a few friendly reminders as we head into the season. This time of year always seems to bring out the best in people — more get-togethers, more shared meals and more neighborly help when it’s needed most. That spirit is what makes Cordillera Ranch such a special place to call home and, frankly, it’s not solely unique to this time of year.
