Workouts are delicious with Chef Issac’s latest creations: Chocolate Dynamite, The Sunny Dre and  Very Berry Protein Shakes.

Made with select fruit and either whey or plant-based protein powder, members have three tasty shake options to fuel their workout and their day. Chocolate Dynamite includes peanut butter, milk and a banana with chocolate protein powder. The Sunny Dre combines vanilla protein, orange and pineapple juices and fresh mango. And the Very Berry is loaded with raspberries, strawberries and blueberries, and blended with milk and vanilla protein powder.

So, when to shake?

Pre-workout protein shakes help to fuel your muscles during exercise. Drinking a shake afterwards when your body is in recovery helps to rebuild muscles stressed from a strenuous workout. Determine which time works best for you and your specific fitness routine. Either way you drink it, our protein shakes are concentrated nutrition from natural sources for quick absorption and perfect for replenishing your body.

Protein shakes are made to order from the Men’s Grill and can be served to you in the Fitness Center before or after your workout, 8:00am to 6:00pm. Simply order via your Cordillera Ranch app or dial the Men’s Grill at 830.336.9000, x169 and start reaping the benefits!

Do we want to live longer and “survive” our life, or do we want to thrive? Some say we would like quality over quantity; I believe we can have quality in the quantity of years in our lives.

Welcome Letter

It’s Been a Year of Progress and Connection

As the days grow shorter and our community begins to sparkle with holiday lights, I wanted to share a quick note of gratitude and a few friendly reminders as we head into the season. This time of year always seems to bring out the best in people — more get-togethers, more shared meals and more neighborly help when it’s needed most. That spirit is what makes Cordillera Ranch such a special place to call home and, frankly, it’s not solely unique to this time of year.
