Summer Camps 2023…In the Books With Rave Reviews

By:
Megan Soltis, Communications and Family Events Manager

A wonderful summer was had by the Cordillera Ranch kiddos! We were so excited to offer summer camps to support every child’s interest, whether they like sports (Junior Golf Camp, Tennis & Swim Camp, All-Star Sports Camp, C-Star Games); crafting (Craft Queens Art Camp, Culinary Camp); equestrian (Princess Unicorn Camp, Horses & Art Camp) and/or adventures and magic (Ninja Camp, Outdoor Adventure Camp, Little Mermaid Camp, Harry Potter Camp)!

These camps not only provide a fun experience for the kids, but they also learn new skills, make friends, work on their social adaptations, and see parts of the Ranch that they might not have seen before.

We strive to make sure that every kid who attends camp not only leaves with a smile on their face, but is also able to take along some of the skills and activities they learned on their next adventure.

Summer Camp 2023 was fantastic, and we are already looking forward to next year. As we look back at the fun we all had, let’s hear what some of our campers had to say!

Birding in Cordillera Ranch

Bird watching can be a joyful experience. The sounds of birds frolicking outside your Cordillera Ranch home can be a great addition to your garden and landscape. Bird feeders are the quickest and easiest way to attract our winged friends to your yard. If you have ever visited the Outfitter Center at Cordillera Ranch, you’ll have no doubt about how much I enjoy feeding birds and having them around the entire year.

Manager's Message

Wow, what a time of year!

Spring never disappoints, with warmer weather, longer days and prettier everything, it’s easy to feel a sense of rejuvenation and rebirth during these splendid months. While we’re only a handful of months into the year, and there’s a feeling of a fresh start, it also feels as though some things are coming to conclusion.

Play-A-Hole #7

The 7th hole at Cordillera Ranch is our second Par-3 that you will encounter and can look pretty daunting from the tee. The green slopes away from you and to the right while being guarded by a large bunker on the front/right side and a couple of bunkers on the left side. In case you thought long was safe … it’s not — there’s another bunker there, too!
