Before we dive into the Golf Calendar for 2024, I’d like to congratulate our 2023 Champions.

Cordillera Cup – Team Northington

As we jump into 2024, the tournament schedule is very similar to past years with a couple of small changes. We are moving the Cordillera Cup — the annual battle between Team Hill and Team Northington — back to the fall. In addition, we are adding a Couples Championship — it will be a one-day best ball competition for all our competitive couples at the Club. Last year, we made a change to our Match Play Championship by conducting it over three consecutive days. That structure will remain in 2024, and then in 2025 and 2026, it will be conducted over a three-month period where players will schedule the matches on their own. Every two years, it will alternate between the two structures.

Cellar Club

Great 8

In this edition, I was assigned the daunting task of coming up with five wines that everybody should have in their cellar. My mind searched through the thousands of bottles that I have ever tasted, and then the tens of thousands of wines that I have researched throughout my career.
This has left us with the following list, which became Jeff’s Great 8. These wines are extremely rare and hard to find, and especially come with a huge cost.
