Preferred Builders Open Their Doors at Cordillera Ranch

If you missed our Fall Preferred Builder Home Tour back in October, then you missed the most well-attended tour we’ve ever had! But not to worry, we’ve got you covered with a recap so good, you’ll feel like you were here.

The day started out a little bumpy, with showers and thunderstorms rolling through overnight and into the morning hours, but by 11:00am, the rain had given way to a beautiful, sunny afternoon highlighted by our post-tour Happy Hour around the Cordillera Ranch pools. It was a great day and the content everyone came for was amazing!

Yet again, our SIX Preferred Builders brought out the big guns, showcasing the finest custom homes in the Hill Country. Paul Allen Custom Homes, Garner Homes, Burdick Custom Homes, Lifestyle by Stadler, Pasadera Builders and Todd Glowka Builder knocked it out of the park, opening the doors to eight of the most jaw-dropping homes ever assembled. With views that stretch for miles and the very latest in design trends, guests were treated to a collection of properties they won’t soon forget.

Choosing a favorite amongst so many incredible homes is like asking a parent to pick their favorite child! With that said, we still challenged our guests to vote on their preferred kitchen, outdoor space and the biggest prize of all, favorite home. This time around, it was a pretty unified vote with regard to the kitchen and outdoor space winners, with a much closer race for favorite home.

Paul Allen Custom Homes collected another victory in the kitchen category, receiving two-thirds of the votes. The Paul Allen team always competes well in all categories, and their kitchen victory at 234 Cordillera Ridge, with views for days, really comes as no surprise.

The outdoor space group was represented very well this time around with some incredible spaces to choose from. However, guests were decidedly in the corner of the team from Garner Homes with their recently completed home at 95 Summit Pass.

Almost 70% of attendees favored the incredible creation perched atop one of the highest points in all of Cordillera Ranch with sweeping vistas and an amenity package rivaling many resorts.

And now for the main event — (drum roll) the big winner of The Fall 2025 Cordillera Ranch Preferred Builder Home Tour, and the team wearing the favorite home crown (drum roll continuing) is none other than Burdick Custom Homes! Their Santa Barbara-style home at 3728 Clubs Drive, with views of Cordillera Ranch’s spectacular 12th hole not only captured the title of Favorite Home, but the attention of our visitors.

Congratulations to all three groups on their special recognitions and a HUGE thank you to all six Preferred Builders for their hard work and dedication to making this a must-attend event year after year.

You’ve set the bar high and we can’t wait to see how you follow it up in the Spring Tour!
