Cordillera Ranch Tree Lighting

Join us as we welcome the holiday season with an evening of good company, seasonal music and a flavorful Mexican-style buffet. Browse the cheerful Holiday Market in the Golf Shop, where you’ll find thoughtful gifts and festive surprises. As the tree lights up, we’ll raise a glass and toast to the season — a simple, joyful moment to celebrate together.

Blue Santa | Ugly Sweater Gold Rush
December 3 :: 5:00 to 9:00pm

Embrace the holiday spirit at our annual Holiday Gold Rush! Slip into your family-friendly “ugly” holiday sweater, savor a delicious buffet featuring prime rib, and help contribute to a meaningful Christmas for kids in Kendall County. 

This marks the fourth year that Cordillera Cares has proudly partnered with the Kendall County Sheriff’s Foundation Blue Santa program. Thanks to the incredible support of the Sheriff’s Office, local businesses and generous individuals, children across Kendall County received brand-new Christmas toys last year. For the past three years, Cordillera Cares has been honored to provide a Christmas stocking for every one of those children, each filled with age-appropriate toys and goodies, because of the generous and heartfelt donations from our members and staff. We’ve also been overwhelmed and inspired by the number of residents and employees who have stepped up to help stuff stockings and hand them out during the Blue Santa event.

We’re gearing up again — and we need your help! Cordillera Cares is now accepting donations to sponsor Christmas stockings for this year’s Blue Santa program. Each stocking will be packed with at least $25 worth of toys, socks, water bottles, games and fun surprises tailored to the child’s age and gender.

This is Cordillera Cares’ largest philanthropic project of the year, and we can’t wait to experience the joy and camaraderie that come with shopping, stuffing, sponsoring and supporting the amazing kids of Kendall County and the Sheriff’s Foundation. Thank you for making this season brighter for those who need it most!

Prosecco and Pearls

Enjoy a captivating presentation from a renowned global pearl producer, offering insight into the fascinating world of pearls — from ocean to ornament.

Afterward, browse an extraordinary selection of pearls at exclusive, direct-from-the-source prices — the perfect opportunity to find timeless gifts or treat yourself. Every guest will receive a complimentary pair of pearl stud earrings, with chances to win exquisite pearl prizes throughout the night. Gingerbread House Decorating
December 6 :: 9:00 to 11:00am and 12:00 to 2:00pm seatings

Celebrate the season with a sweet and spirited tradition at Cordillera Ranch’s Gingerbread House Decorating Event! Children will delight in designing their own gingerbread houses using pre-assembled structures, colorful icing and a festive array of candies — all ready for creative hands and holiday imaginations.

Two sessions are available:

• 9:00am – Beginner Class: Perfect for younger children, this relaxed session encourages free-form decorating and festive fun.
• 12:00pm – Advanced Workshop: Led by Pastry Chef Erica Tucker, this new session is ideal for older kids eager to learn decorating techniques and elevate their gingerbread creations.

Each child will take home their finished masterpiece to enjoy and share with family. Festive attire is encouraged to add a little extra cheer to this joyful experience.

Breakfast with Santa
December 13 :: 9:00 to 10:30am and 11:00am to 12:30pm seatings

Celebrate the season at our beloved Breakfast with Santa, a cherished holiday tradition at the Clubhouse. This enchanting morning features a special photo opportunity with live reindeer —  a rare chance for children to meet Santa’s furry companions up close. Kids can write letters to Santa and deliver them in person, adding a touch of magic to the day.

With plenty of moments to capture and share, this event is a highlight of the season you won’t want to miss.

New Years Eve Prix Fixe Dinner
December 31 :: 5:30 to 8:30pm seatings

Ring in the New Year with elegance. Enjoy a refined evening featuring live entertainment and a thoughtfully curated multi-course prix fixe menu, masterfully prepared by Executive Chef Isaac Cantu and his outstanding culinary team.
