As the days grow shorter and our community begins to sparkle with holiday lights, I wanted to share a quick note of gratitude and a few friendly reminders as we head into the season. This time of year always seems to bring out the best in people — more get-togethers, more shared meals and more neighborly help when it’s needed most. That spirit is what makes Cordillera Ranch such a special place to call home and, frankly, it’s not solely unique to this time of year.
If you’re traveling, please do so safely. If you’re staying in the Hill Country, take a moment to step outside and enjoy the quiet beauty of the Ranch this time of year — the clear night sky, the gentle breeze and the little holiday details that make memories stick.
We also remember that the holiday season can be difficult for some. With the Christmas season right around the corner, we look forward to our continued partnership with the Kendall County Sheriff’s Foundation BLUE SANTA program. Providing filled stockings for families and children in need, it’s truly a remarkable program that brings joy to so many families who otherwise might have gone without.
Our community is strongest when we look up from our routines and offer a hand. The generosity you’ve shown in past seasons continues to be inspiring, and I’m sure this year won’t be any different.
