The Clubs of Cordillera Ranch have embraced the dynamic shift in services offered during these times. The past year certainly changed the way we must provide services for our members and it isn’t only food to-go from the Ranch Menu that has been conveniently available. We expanded our services to also include items from the Butcher Retail Shop, Specialty Cakes and Desserts, Retail Wine, groceries from C-Star Marketplace and In-Home Catering, all available for home delivery.
Besides the safety considerations for many of our residents, delivery is now the norm on the Ranch. Receiving door-to-door service and carving out extra time for yourself is certainly a key advantage. Instead of lugging heavy grocery bags home, our grocery delivery service is not only convenient but the food selections are unsurpassed. This same level of fresh ingredients that members have come to expect from the culinary team at The Clubs of Cordillera Ranch are now available for purchase, and the value of getting quality food and other products delivered to your door is worth the cost.
TO-GO AND DELIVERY SERVICES
When you place your order to-go and would rather not leave your car, our team members will be ready with your order curbside! You also never have to leave the comfort of your home to enjoy a delicious meal from the Club with the C-Star Delivery Service. We are very excited to continue to serve you with this benefit of membership, and we are still working hard as ever to make sure that you have the outstanding service and food quality you would expect from your Club.
BUTCHER RETAIL SHOP
Don’t let the meat shortage in stores get you down. Cordillera Ranch is still taking orders for fresh hamburger meat and steaks from the Club’s Butcher Retail Shop. To be precise, this is the most amazing Akaushi beef you will ever have, raised right here in the state of Texas by HeartBrand® Beef. It’s a perfect steak with the most incredible color, texture and marbling. Whether it is prepared by a famous chef or by you, the master of your own BBQ, you will agree when you take a bite that it is something you will always remember.

Specialty Cakes and Desserts are, well, the icing on the cake for any celebration or dinner party. And who doesn’t have a favorite dessert? Select from standard cakes like silky Red Velvet or request a custom cake from a favorite picture. Individually wrapped sugar cookies or cupcakes are perfect for parties. Other options include creamy Éclairs, cheesecakes, pies, tarts and other sweet delights, all perfect for any special occasion.
RETAIL WINE STORE
Specializing in great value-oriented wines, the Retail Wine Store is designed for individuals who have an appreciation of fine wine. Jeff Cohen, your wine specialist, can also search and find wines for your home cellar or home events.
WE’LL DO THE SHOPPING FOR YOU
Stay at home and we’ll do the shopping for you with our C-Star Marketplace. Available online, simply shop for essentials like dairy, fruits and vegetables, meats, poultry and bread, including those hard-to-find household goods. Our supplier delivers daily for guaranteed freshness. We offer curbside pickup — we’ll bring your groceries out to your vehicle and you’ll be on your way. Or with home delivery, get your groceries delivered right to your doorstep.
CATERING TO-GO OR IN-HOME
Catering To-Go is ideal when hosting smaller dinner parties at your home. No prepping or cooking. Just sit back and relax while our culinary team prepares a delicious custom meal. Available for pickup or delivery, you can enjoy our classics or create your own custom menu. You will receive your meal, hot and ready to serve, packaged in disposable containers that can go straight to your table or transfer to your own serving platters.
In-Home Catering takes the stress out of entertaining. For catered events of all sizes, we provide staff, food and beverage equipment, set-up, service and clean-up at your home in Cordillera Ranch. We can also help outsource extra rentals, such as tents, tables, chairs, floral, and more.
