At the Equestrian Center, we offer more than just lessons and trail rides — we create memorable experiences. Whether you’re looking to host a unique party, enjoy a relaxing fireside social, or plan an adventure-filled day on the Ranch, we’ve got something for everyone. Let us show you what’s possible:

Riding Lessons

Whether you prefer Western or English riding, our lessons are designed for all skill levels.

  • Private Lessons: $65 per hour
  • Jumping Lessons: Additional setup fee applies

Saddle up and enjoy stunning Hill Country views on horseback — perfect for individuals or groups with up to eight riders.

  • 1-Hour Ride: $65 + service charge
  • 2-Hour Ride: $120 + service charge

Want to explore new trails? We also offer off-site trail rides at Swede Creek or Guadalupe State Park for intermediate to advanced riders.

  • Off-Site Rides: $65/hour + hauling fees
  • Optional picnic lunch available to enhance your day
Brunch, Lunch or Dinner Trail Ride

Enjoy a 2-hour scenic trail ride followed by a beautifully arranged outdoor meal. We handle all the setup, cleanup and horse care so you can relax and enjoy nature.

  • Cost: Starting at $140 per person + cost of meal
Photo Opportunities

Create lasting memories with a professional photo session featuring one of our horses, donkeys or cows. We’ll be on hand to help with animal handling so your photographer can capture the perfect shot.

  • 1-Hour Session: $65
  • 2-Hour Session: $100
Facility Rentals

Planning a birthday party, celebration or special event? We provide the setup of tables, chairs or hay bale seating, light décor and linens in a variety of colors, and cleanup and packing assistance.

  • Rental Fee: $100 per hour
Paint the Pony

This is a favorite for the little ones! While we call it “Paint the Pony,” we actually use a gentle, full-sized horse for this hands-on fun. Using eight to ten non-toxic paint colors, we supervise the painting with handprints, smiley faces, etc., and provide wash stations for easy cleanup. Then gather for group photos with the finished masterpiece! You can also add pony rides in the round pen for extra fun (one to four horses based on group size).

  • Paint Only: $20 per child
  • Paint + Pony Ride Combo: $25 per child, per hour (usually lasts two hours)
Ranch Experience

Ideal for families, team outings or groups seeking an authentic Texas ranch adventure, our Ranch Experience includes:

  • Roping lessons
  • Meet-and-greet with Ranch animals (Clyde the Bull, Carlos the Donkey and more)
  • Cutting demonstration
  • Riding lesson or trail ride
  • Outdoor fire-cooked meal or custom menu
  • Fireside s’mores
  • Cost: $25++ per person, per hour (3 to 4-hour experience)
++ indicates additional charges for food and beverages
Equestrian Getaways

Twice a year, we hit the road with our horses for unforgettable destination adventures. We’ve explored:

  • Rough Creek Lodge & Resort in Glen Rose
  • Lajitas Resort in Big Bend
  • Upcoming: Chandler Ranch in October

No horse? No problem. We’ll bring a Club horse for you and take care of everything — so you can relax and enjoy the full resort experience.

We’d love to help you create a fun and memorable visit to the Equestrian Center. Contact Jenn Guidt for more information.
