As the newest dining destination at The Clubs of Cordillera Ranch, Axis has quickly become a favorite spot for members to savor great food, cheer on their favorite teams, and unwind with friends over cocktails. But Axis is more than just a place to dine — it’s where the community comes together. With weekly social hours and exciting special events on the horizon, Axis is your go-to gathering place in the neighborhood.
Social Hour at Cordillera
Tuesdays :: 3:00 to 6:00pm
Cordillera’s Social Hour on Tuesdays is the perfect way to unwind, connect with friends, and enjoy a lively atmosphere in the Axis dining room. Each week, members can mingle over a flavorful tapas menu and unique drink features — all at happy hour pricing. And each month brings a new theme with more opportunities to sample our bartenders’ unique concoctions!
July: A Tini-Bit Sober
We kicked things off with a creative lineup of martinis that quickly became a member favorite.
August: Bartender Mulligan
Our talented bartenders each crafted their own signature drink:
- Lisa’s “Fairway Spritz” – Cherry blossom purée, Deep Eddy Peach, sparkling white wine, white cranberry
- Jerrek’s “Old Fore-tioned” – Four Roses Bourbon, chocolate bitters
- Caitlyn’s “Sand Trap” – Arette Tequila, St. Germain, lime, passion fruit, simple syrup, sour sugar rim
- Jake’s “Back Nine Chispa” – Tequila, fresh lime juice, agave, jalapeño, orange slice squeeze, tajín rim
- Christyn’s “Par-ple Tini” – Fords Gin, basil, lychee, simple syrup, lemon, pea flower extract

Grandparents Breakfast at the Ranch
September 7 :: 9:00am to 12:00pm
We’re honoring family traditions with a special Grandparents Breakfast in Axis. Guests can enjoy delicious breakfast action stations alongside refreshing drink features for the adults. To make the morning even more memorable, we’ll have a caricature artist on-site, offering keepsake drawings the whole family can treasure.
Football Watch Parties

College football season is here, and Axis is your Saturday headquarters. We’ll have the games on, the energy high and the specials flowing. You can enjoy buckets of beer, a tasty game day menu, and the camaraderie that comes with cheering on your team surrounded by fellow fans.

Weekends were made for bubbles, and our Mimosa Mornings are the perfect reason to linger over brunch. Every Saturday and Sunday in Axis, you can savor our Mimosa Flights — four flavors served together for $15++ per flight board. Flavors include the floral Cherry Blossom Mimosa with cherry and white peach purée, the sunny Tropical Mimosa with pineapple and passion fruit, the Classic Twist with orange and white cranberry, and the delicate Lychee Mimosa. Whether you’re catching up with friends or simply treating yourself, it’s the perfect way to toast the weekend in style.
