private dinners
If your celebration includes a few close friends or a large-scale dinner party, Cordillera Ranch offers spaces for any guest count up to 150. With only a simple food and beverage minimum, our culinary and events teams take care of every detail.
Custom menus are curated by Executive Chef Isaac Cantu, complete with wine pairings, your choice of plated or family-style service, and flawless execution. You’ll collaborate closely with our team to curate every detail — from the ambiance of the evening to floral arrangements, linens and lighting. Our service is quietly attentive, allowing every guest, including you, to relax and savor the experience.
venues
A selection of unique venues can be tailored to your vision, whether you are planning an intimate soirée or a grand celebration. Each space is thoughtfully designed to reflect the mood you wish to create, ensuring your private gathering feels as personal and unforgettable as the occasion itself.
The Axis Dining Room and the Main Dining Room can accommodate the largest parties, and we also offer the option to buy out the entire Clubhouse if desired. Outdoor venues for medium-sized groups include the Ceremony Putting Green, Poolside Gazebo & Deck, La Vista Patio and El Norte. For more intimate and indoor gatherings, we have beautiful spaces like the Axis Glass Room and the Private Dining Room within the Main Dining Room.
