Whether you’re hosting an intimate family gathering, looking for a beautifully catered party, or seeking extra accommodations for guests, Cordillera Ranch is here to make your holiday season truly memorable. From exquisite cuisine and luxury lodging to gracious service and breathtaking settings, every detail comes together to create festive celebrations.

The Lodges offer an ideal setting, giving your guests the comfort of independence while keeping them close. You can even host themed events or corporate gatherings at The Lodges. Explore the options below to find the perfect fit for your holiday retreat!
The Elmax: Deluxe Rooms & Deluxe Suites
The Elmax offers both Deluxe Rooms and Deluxe Suites that are perfect for individual stays and small families. Each contains a king-sized bed, complimentary personal golf cart, private patio, standing shower, personal care products and luxury bedding. The Deluxe Suites mimic the Deluxe Rooms with the addition of one sleeper sofa and a living room with closing barn doors.
The Georg House
The Georg House provides a beautiful view that overlooks Hole #3. The house includes four Deluxe Rooms, three of which lock-off to the common area, a living room and kitchen. With the same luxury amenities as the Elmax, each room promises to ensure an exquisite stay.
Bring your family’s Christmas traditions along, too. We’ll provide a beautiful 7-foot, pre-lit Christmas tree complete with ornaments for a memorable decorating experience. Guests staying in the Georg House can even create their very own ornaments, providing a keepsake to bring home.
And, of course, no Christmas at Cordillera Ranch would be complete without a visit from Santa! Be sure to plan your stay around his annual visit. Can’t make it? Little ones can still send their letters straight to the North Pole through our special Santa mailbox at the Clubhouse.
HOME PARTIES
Whatever the occasion, entertaining at home can be effortless and beautifully memorable. The Club’s experienced team can cater events of any size within the Ranch, providing everything from food and beverage service to setup, staffing and cleanup, while also assisting with rentals, tents, tables, florals and more. Chef Isaac will help craft the perfect menu while our event coordinators handle the details. From the first guest to the final cleanup, we take care of everything so you can relax and enjoy your guests.
LUXURY LIMO VAN SERVICE
Our priority not only is to keep our members happy and comfortable, but it is also to make sure everyone stays safe. The Club recently added new vans, packed with safety features as well as comfort. The vans can carry 11 passengers and we offer all levels of transportation services from airport runs to off-property parties and events. No one has to worry about driving home after an evening of cocktails and festivities!
CATERING TO-GO
As the holidays approach — or anytime friends and family gather — let the Club’s culinary team take care of the meal. Simply select your favorites and pick them up hot, fresh and ready to serve. Packaged in disposable containers, each dish can go straight to the table or be transferred to your own festive serving platters. And our pastry team will impress your guests with custom cakes, cookies and other confectioneries.

Wine Extravaganza
Tuesday, November 24: 6:00 to 8:30pm
Bubbles & Big Reds is the event that everyone looks forward to — the “try before you buy holiday event” that helps you stock your cellars and buy gifts while holiday music plays and heavy hors d’oeuvres and desserts are passed around.
Thanksgiving Day Brunch & To-Go
Thursday, November 26: Reserved Seatings, 10:30am to 1:30pm
Let us do the cooking for you on Thanksgiving Day, whether you come to the Club and enjoy a delicious meal or take home a full Thanksgiving Day feast with our To-Go offerings. All you need to do is eat and enjoy!
Turkey Trot & Stuffing Stroll
Friday, November 27: 9:30am
After you indulge in all of the delicious Thanksgiving food, walk or run it off at our Turkey Trot & Stuffing Stroll! You can either run a 5k totaling 3.1 miles or walk a 1.5-mile trail. The whole family is welcome, including pets and strollers!
Gingerbread House Decorating
Saturday, December 5: Reserved Seating at 9:00am & 12:00pm
This is a gingerbread house decorating party you don’t want to miss. The houses are pre-built and ready to decorate with icing, gumdrops, peppermints and candy galore. A breakfast buffet is included, plus, we will do all of the clean-up!
Breakfast with Santa
Saturday, December 12: Reserved Seating at 9:00am & 12:00pm
Santa Claus and his reindeer are making their annual trip to Cordillera Ranch. Be sure to dress in your holiday best for photos and a holiday breakfast. Parents and grandparents can enjoy mimosas and live entertainment while the kids make arts & crafts!
Christmas Tree Lighting
Tuesday, December 1: 6:00 to 9:00pm
Kick off the holidays with the annual Christmas Tree Lighting, featuring holiday music, festive cocktails and a cheerful Holiday Market. As the tree lights up, we’ll raise a glass and toast to the season together!
Ugly Christmas Sweater Gold Rush / BLUE SANTA Fundraiser
Wednesday, December 2: 5:00 to 9:00pm
Don your most outrageous holiday attire and help local kids have a very merry Christmas. Cordillera Cares is partnering with the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office BLUE SANTA program to fill stockings for children this holiday season and you can bring your donations along for this special fundraiser!
New Years Eve
Thursday, December 31: Reserved Seating Begins at 5:30pm
Ring in the New Year with an elegant, multi-course dining experience featuring live entertainment, festive touches and a beautifully curated prix fixe menu crafted by our exceptional culinary team.
