Six of Cordillera Ranch’s Preferred Builders came together to present this curated collection, each bringing a distinct vision to life. From Paul Allen Custom Homes’ refined and award-winning residences to Garner Homes’ warm, inviting spaces, every builder offered a unique interpretation of craftsmanship and livability. Lifestyle by Stadler introduced bold architectural elements, while Pasadera Builders balanced timeless design with a fresh perspective. Todd Glowka Builder and Burdick Custom Homes rounded out the tour with homes that seamlessly blended comfort, elegance and connection to the surrounding landscape, creating a diverse and inspiring showcase from start to finish.

Among a field of extraordinary homes, Paul Allen Custom Homes achieved a standout sweep of top honors. Their residence at 357 Vaquero Pass earned both Best Home and Best Kitchen, while 200 Cordillera Ridge was recognized for Best Outdoor Space — an impressive testament to their vision and execution.

The day concluded with a signature Cordillera Ranch tradition as guests gathered poolside at the Clubhouse for a relaxed and inviting happy hour. Against the backdrop of a Hill Country sunset, attendees enjoyed exceptional food and drinks from the Club while continuing conversations with our Preferred Builders.
