Twin Sisters Patio Experience

The spring brings us relief from an unusual winter season and opens the opportunity to relax outside during the evenings on the Twin Sisters Patio. As breathtaking 25-mile views of the gorgeous Texas Hill Country unfold before you, this is your time to recharge on Fridays with sunset crafted cocktails, a culinary tasting station, live entertainment and a community of friends. Every Friday at the Club during March and April brings back the Twin Sisters Patio experience.

Cocktails & Wine

Our amazing mixologist team creates inventive signature cocktails with fresh seasonal ingredients that are truly special. Popular patio cocktails include the Peach Raspberry Julep, Tequila Old Fashioned and Bacon Bourbon Bloody Mary with Smokey Chili Paprika Salt. The heart and soul of the team’s cocktails inspire a sensation that hits you — this place is truly special.

You won’t miss our Wine Specialist on Friday nights. Jeffrey Cohen piques your interest to try wines outside your normal boundaries of flavor and terroir. Jeffrey provides exceptional hospitality with insight into winemaking and guidance in finding a wine that you are emotionally enamored with. There is a romance with wine and Jeffrey gives you a personal wine experience that complements the sweeping vistas from the patio and evening time around the firepit.

Culinary Tastings

There is so much to tell about the Friday culinary offerings that it couldn’t possibly fit on one page. Upon your arrival at the Twin Sisters Patio, our culinary team members will be preparing special tastings that pair wonderfully with the crafted cocktails and wine of your choice. Tropical Watermelon-Citrus Shrimp Tostadas, Warm House-Made Sweet & Sour Chicken and Crisp Firecracker Shrimp are a few of the selections featured in the past.

Our Ranch and Signature Menus are also available on the patio. Friday is known for the fresh fish feature. The process starts with Executive Chef Isaac Cantu spending time to source the freshest fish available. When the dock receives the fish from the boat, it is flown overnight to the Club where Chef Isaac personally fillets the fish in preparation for Friday night. Another item, when seasonally available, is our selection of cold-water oysters. Blue Points and Prince Edward Island oyster selections are very popular and a great beginning to your perfect patio experience.

Live Music

As the sun sets, live music fills the air as we welcome musicians with local roots. J Wagner starts the season off. As a songwriter from Austin, Wagner has been dubbed “A number one best bet” by the Austin American-Statesman, and the Dallas Morning News has called him “A Texas folk music staple.” The Austin Chronicle gives his album, “The Runaway Kid,” a perfect “Four Stars” and refers to Wagner as “A commander of words and ideation,” awarding him with their pick for best Local Singer-Songwriter for 2014. Wagner’s minimalist approach has been described as a relief — new like spring after a long, hard winter — and sublime as the sun setting on the Twin Sisters Patio.

Every patio has a story and this is ours.
