Cabana Dining Room

Gastronomy, personally presented by Executive Chef Isaac Cantu, is a culinary performance with crafted courses that incorporate provisions and ingredients from local purveyors. Simultaneously, Wine Specialist Jeffrey Cohen will provide pairings at a personalized level to explore new horizons and enhance your experience for a total gastronomic delight.

First, select your offerings from the prix fixe culinary menu, which offers two levels of dining. Choose between a three-course for $75 or the five-course food experience for $90.

Then, Jeffrey Cohen will bring his expertise in pairing wines to complete your dining experience. Order by the glass, from the wine list or enjoy flights with special prix fixe wine tastings at $45 with the three-course dinner and $65 with the five-course dinner.

Due to acquiring the fresh, local ingredients, along with limited seating, reservations are required in advance. No large parties over eight or walk-ins will be permitted. Seating times are available every half hour.

To make reservations for these events, please contact The Club reception desk at 830.336.9000.

It was a beautiful, romantic dining experience with first-class service, fabulous food and individualized wine pairings. We couldn’t have imagined how the Cabana could have been transformed into such an elegant venue — every detail was perfect. Every dish was beautifully presented, perfectly prepared and paired with incredible wine portioned as requested.  – Kris and Betty Campbell
