Weather you’re hosting a wedding, anniversary, family reunion, birthday party, business meeting, corporate outing, or just looking for a place to celebrate, we have a venue for you.

Our team at The Club approaches events from a unique perspective especially compared to many resorts and private event venues. We’ve hosted events that range in size from ten to eight hundred. Our number one focus, no matter what the size, is achieving your objectives.

The first order of business is to choose a location that’s appropriate for your event. One of the great benefits of The Club is that we have access to multiple venues.

We’ve hosted rehearsal dinners at the equestrian center…

Weddings at the pool and cabana…

Weddings, anniversaries, and birthdays, in the club house…

Corporate outings on the golf or sporting clays course, and when requested have catered parties in Members homes.events2

The second priority is to determine a menu and theme if necessary. Most venues give you a fixed set of menu items to choose from. Our team listens to your needs and then creates menu items designed around your tastes. Our Chefs have created authentic Italian-themed parties at Members’ homes and themed weddings around military traditions with food and wine pairings that wowed the most discriminating tastes.

We’ve also coordinated transportation and arranged hotel accommodations for guests arriving into San Antonio.

As a Member of The Club one of your many benefits is the ability to host or sponsor events. Another benefit is the fact that we don’t charge any room rental fees; we have established minimums for each area of The Club based on its size and location.

We are here for you, so give us a call and let us make your dream event a reality.

See you at The Club!

Challenges. Opportunities. Moving Forward.

Fall has been a busy season for the Agronomy team. This important season kicks off after all the fun of the Ladies’ Ranch Roundup, when we begin our greens aerification process. At the conclusion of this process in October, we have now seen the extraordinary benefit of the deep vertical slicing (Graden device) coupled with the normal aerification of punching holes and backfilling with sand.

Bees and Golf Courses

A long-standing interest of mine has been the benefits of using honey and bee keeping. I have enjoyed honey since I was a child and there are many benefits of having honey in your diet. Honey contains a variety of nutrients, it’s rich in antioxidants and is better for blood sugar levels than regular sugar. Research has shown it to promote heart health, promote burn and wound healing, and help suppress coughing with children.

Amanda Naranjo

Ever since I can remember, I’ve been around the game of golf. From watching golf tournaments on TV with my family to going out to the driving range with my dad during my High School years while on the Golf Team, everything I associate with golf has been positive. I decided to attend the University of the Incarnate Word and major in Fashion Merchandising with a concentration in Business. Fusing both my passion for fashion and love for the game of golf, the golf merchandising path was the perfect path for me.
