The Twin Sisters Friday Evening Experience

The days grow longer, the grass becomes greener and the crisp evening air welcomes you back to the outdoors, providing the perfect opportunity to relax around the firepit on the Twin Sisters Patio with breathtaking 25-mile views of the gorgeous Texas Hill Country unfolding before you. Springtime is a renewal of nature and Friday evenings are your time to recharge with sunset crafted cocktails, a culinary tasting station, live entertainment,

Cocktails & Wine

Our amazing mixologist team creates inventive, signature-crafted cocktails with fresh, seasonal ingredients. Popular past patio cocktails include the Peach Raspberry Julep, Tequila Old Fashioned and Bacon Bourbon Bloody Mary with Smokey Chile Paprika Salt. For wine enthusiasts, our Wine Specialist, Jeffrey Cohen, provides insight into winemaking while introducing varieties outside your normal boundaries of flavor and terroir for a truly personal experience.

Culinary Tasting

Every Friday on the Twin Sisters Patio, our culinary team prepares crafted tastings that complement the evening’s signature cocktails. Tropical Watermelon-Citrus Shrimp Tostadas, Warm House-Made Sweet & Sour Chicken and Crisp Firecracker Shrimp are a few selections featured in the past.

For dining, the Ranch and Signature menus are available on the patio, along with the Friday fish feature. The process starts the day before when Executive Chef Isaac Cantu sources the freshest fish available. When the dock receives the fish from the boat, it is flown overnight to the Club where Chef Isaac personally fillets the fish in preparation for Friday night. Another popular patio item, when seasonally available, is our selection of cold-water oysters such as Blue Points and Prince Edward Island.

Live Music

As the sun sets, the patio comes alive with music. During the spring, we welcome talented musicians for everyone’s entertainment. Jeff Woods starts the season off in March. Jeff is a country music artist hailing from Springfield, Missouri. He has been writing and performing from a young age and is now working on his fourth country album.

Every patio has a story, and this is ours. We welcome you to experience it. Graham House is the Clubhouse and Lodging Manager at The Clubs of Cordillera Ranch. He can be reached at ghouse@cordilleraranch.com or 830.336.9164.
