The Swim Club at Cordillera Ranch returns for another unforgettable season of long afternoons, stunning sunsets, poolside dining and the traditions members look forward to every year.
Perched on one of the highest points on the Ranch, the Swim Club remains one of the Club’s favorite gathering places during the summer — a place to relax beside the adults-only infinity-edge pool, watch the kids race down the slide, enjoy lunch and cocktails with friends, or stay late as the sun sets.
With the resort-style pool, the waterslide, putting green, game area and the poolside dining experience that has become a summer favorite at the Club, the Swim Club is once again ready for another season filled with fun.
WHAT’S RETURNING THIS SUMMER
FUN IN THE SUN
Daily poolside games and activities return all summer long. Kids can jump out of the pool and into some friendly competition with returning favorites including Giant Jenga, Limbo Contest, Giant Connect 4, Happy Hoppers, Duck Races, Bingo and more.
New this summer, paddle board races will take place each day, giving kids and families a new way to compete in the pool and cool off at the same time.
Activities will rotate throughout the week, creating something new to enjoy each day.
ICEE TUESDAYS
Every Tuesday, children can cool off with a complimentary ICEE poolside — one of the Swim Club’s favorites.
FREE THROW THURSDAYS
Free Throw Thursdays are back. Kids and adults alike are invited to take their shot at the basketball hoop. Sink the basket and everyone at the pool wins a complimentary treat.
PUTT FOR A PRIZE SATURDAYS
New this summer, the putting green joins the weekly fun.
Each Saturday afternoon, head over to the Swim Club putting green for Putt for a Prize. Weekly challenges may include closest-to-the-pin, longest putt and more.
FLICK & FLOAT FRIDAYS
Family movie nights return on select Friday evenings. Bring the family, settle into the pool, and enjoy a favorite movie under the stars with popcorn, movie packs and poolside drink specials.
RETRO NIGHT AT THE POOL
Once each month, the Swim Club will host Retro Night at the Pool.
Grab a cocktail, settle in with friends and enjoy a fun night featuring Name That Tune, trivia, throwback music and a retro movie under the stars beside the infinity-edge pool.
SIGNATURE SUMMER EVENTS
MEMORIAL DAY POOL PARTY: MAY 23
Kick off summer with one of the Club’s favorite traditions. The annual Memorial Day Pool Party will feature a live DJ, poolside buffet, drink specials, games with prizes, and activities for the entire family.
The celebration will take place from 11:00am to 3:00pm, with the pool remaining open into the evening.
STAR-SPANGLED POOL PARTY: JULY 4
Celebrate Independence Day poolside with music, family games, summer favorites from the culinary team, and all the red, white and blue spirit that has become a Cordillera Ranch tradition.
The celebration will take place from 11:00am to 3:00pm, with the pool remaining open into the evening.
BACK-TO-SCHOOL POOL PARTY: August 8
Before the school year begins again, join us for one final celebration of the season with pool games, music, dinner and a few last trips down the slide.
This year’s Back-to-School Pool Party will end with a Battle of the Schools water gun fight, giving kids one last chance to celebrate summer before the first day of school.
This celebration will take place from 4:00 to 8:00pm
POOLSIDE DINING
Poolside dining returns this summer with fresh seasonal favorites, family classics, lighter fare, frozen cocktails and refreshing beverages designed for long afternoons at the Swim Club.
Members can look forward to:
- Fresh seasonal salads and lighter fare
- Handhelds, sandwiches and poolside pizzas
- Family favorites and children’s selections
- Frozen cocktails, Ranch Waters, margaritas and selections from El Norte Bar
- Signature frozen desserts, ice cream sandwiches and sweet treats
This summer’s menu continues to build on the poolside experience members have come to expect, pairing relaxed summer flavors with the same hospitality and quality found throughout the Club.
HOURS & SERVICE
Beginning Memorial Day weekend, the Swim Club will offer full pool amenities including lifeguards, towel service, and poolside food and beverage service.
Regular summer hours will continue daily through early August, with select late-summer weekends continuing afterward. Mondays will remain closed except for holiday weekends.
As always, if members are still enjoying the pool at 8:00pm, the Club will continue food, beverage and service into the evening. Last call will be at 9:00pm and the pool will close promptly at 9:30pm.
A SUMMER TO LOOK FORWARD TO
Whether your perfect summer day includes relaxing beside the infinity-edge pool, enjoying lunch and cocktails with friends, watching the kids race down the slide, competing in the weekly putting challenge, racing across the pool on a paddle board or floating beneath the stars during movie night, the Swim Club is ready for another memorable season.
