As a Cordillera Ranch resident and Club member, Vance is uniquely qualified to help clients find their ideal home site or existing home in the Texas Hill Country’s most exclusive community. Vance brings more than 20 years of successful real estate investment and property management experience to his clients, as well as in-depth knowledge of lot selection and hands-on experience in custom home building and remodeling.

Originally from Houston, Vance first came to the Hill Country as a young boy on summer vacations with his parents and brother. His first impression was a lasting one and he returned countless times over the years with his friends and family, vowing to move here as soon as he could.

Vance is a graduate of St. John’s Preparatory School in Houston, received his BBA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas and attended the Executive MBA Program at St. Thomas University in Houston. Vance built a successful 25-year career as an executive in the global consulting and risk management industry, while at the same time pursuing his interest in residential real estate investments in Texas. Vance was also the co-owner of Total Property Management Services, a concierge management and maintenance company for golf course and lakefront homes in Austin.

An avid outdoorsman, Vance enjoys tennis, cycling and scuba as well as shooting trap, skeet and sporting clays with his son, Vance Jr. He has also been a life-long classic car and motorsports enthusiast.

Vance’s professionalism and personal knowledge of the Cordillera Ranch properties and Club memberships, coupled with his access to the latest technology and information, help Vance provide his clients with consistently exceptional results.
