Spring Preferred Builder Home Tour – 2024

Gary Short, Director of Real Estate Sales

It’s hard to believe that the time has come for our Spring Preferred Builder Home Tour! Cordillera Ranch’s six Preferred Builders will be showcasing EIGHT of their amazing homes this spring. With construction material costs stabilizing and interest rates on the decline, activity is on the rise as folks are realizing a real window of opportunity to strike before pricing begins to accelerate again. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to see and touch all the latest trends in design and construction along with the ability to speak directly with each of the builders about questions you may have regarding the custom-building process. It’s always a great event, and we can’t wait to see you there.

Following the fun of the day, please be sure to join our builders for a drink, some casual conversation and a look at Axis, Cordillera Ranch’s newest Clubhouse addition. It’s going to be a day to remember, and we hope to see you on April 6th from 10:00am to 4:00 pm for our Spring Preferred Builder Home Tour.

With the total solar eclipse on April 8th, we are expecting an increase in visitors to the Hill Country over the weekend, so it’s recommended that you RSVP for the Preferred Builders Home Tour at https://cordilleraranch.com/pbtour/ or by calling us at 830.336.3570. This will allow you to receive important updates and news about the upcoming event.

It’s Been a Year of Progress and Connection

As the days grow shorter and our community begins to sparkle with holiday lights, I wanted to share a quick note of gratitude and a few friendly reminders as we head into the season. This time of year always seems to bring out the best in people — more get-togethers, more shared meals and more neighborly help when it’s needed most. That spirit is what makes Cordillera Ranch such a special place to call home and, frankly, it’s not solely unique to this time of year.
