Since 2019, Brianna Botine and the professional staff at The Clubs of Cordillera Ranch have helped clients coordinate group packages to ensure their corporate gatherings are a success with luxury accommodations, custom catering, first-class amenities, personalized gift packages, outfitter excursions, transportation services and private meeting spaces. 

THE LODGES & CORPORATE MEETINGS

The accommodations at the Lodges’ Georg unit are ideal for corporate gatherings, with four private rooms and a common area that can be used for conferences as well as a place to unwind. A recent group was greeted with customized whiskey stones, charcuterie boards and a personalized welcome card upon arrival to their rooms. During their stay, they used the Georg common area as a conference room, which provided complete privacy along with a gorgeous view of the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course. Each morning, the team received a catered hot continental breakfast with a coffee bar, custom pens and notepads, TV presentation access and most importantly, Wi-Fi! Use of the Clubs’ amenities followed and after a full day of activities, guests drove their custom golf carts back to the Lodges where king sized beds ensured a night of relaxation. 

ACTIVITIES & OUTINGS

Cordillera Ranch is an excellent place to host company meetings and team-building activities as the unique environment allows companies to conduct business while enjoying the amenities on the Ranch. Our team can arrange outdoor adventures for each group and the different interests within each group. For instance, some guests prefer golfing in the early morning while their colleagues can hit the trails on a two-hour horseback ride. Then everyone can regroup to enjoy a personalized wine tasting hosted by our wine specialist, Jeffrey Cohen. Jeffrey collaborated with one group of ladies and was able to present an array of rosé flights and charcuterie. For another group, one day of their personalized itinerary included horseback riding in the hills, floating the Comal River and a private pre fixe dinner at the Clubhouse. Other activities include spa sessions, clay shooting at the gun range, tennis and so much more. 

PRIVATE DINING 

Executive Chef Isaac Cantu and his culinary team use only the finest ingredients whether your retreat includes a casual meal or more elevated cuisine, and the catering team is adept at understanding your requirements and building enjoyable meals throughout the day. You can choose to have breakfast, lunch and dinner catered directly to your group in The Georg, reserve a private dining room or host a gathering at other venues on the Ranch such as poolside or at the Equestrian Center. Our pastry team can even customize sugar cookies and other sweet treats with your company logo. The details are our specialty.

One group reserved our private dining room and patio with panoramic views of the Twin Sister Valley and Cordillera Ranch. Their dinner began with salads, and entrée choices included an Akaushi Filet Au Poivre, Persillade-Crusted Mero Sea Bass or Sea of Cortez Jumbo Shrimp. Dessert was a duet of Misterio Chocolate Mousse Shooters and Homemade Vanilla Bean Crème Brûlée.
