If you’ve ventured into some of the most recent phases of new homesites in The Springs of Cordillera Ranch, you’ve probably seen the breathtaking views to the east and southeast across the Cypress-tree-lined Panther Creek canyon. The newest release, Unit 303, offered last month, includes 15 homesites that sit atop a bluff above this beautiful canyon and meadow area. Seven of the homesites are perched on a peninsula that juts out, overlooking this 35 acre future parkland, which is bisected by the seasonal Panther Creek. A short half-mile hike through the meadow, following the creek bed takes you to the Guadalupe River.
These homesites, ranging in size from 1.2 to 3.5 acres, offer extremely unique rock outcroppings off the back of the homesites, which frame the stunning views of the canyon. These east-facing estates are also ideally oriented for expansive backyard patios to capture the prevailing southeast breezes. In just the first two weeks of this new release, over half of the lots are already sold so don’t waste time as this is one of the hottest new offerings in The Springs. If you’d like more information, please contact CR Realty at 830.336.3570 and ask about the new release in The Springs.
