New Bluff View Estates in the Springs

If you’ve ventured into some of the most recent phases of new homesites in The Springs of Cordillera Ranch, you’ve probably seen the breathtaking views to the east and southeast across the Cypress-tree-lined Panther Creek canyon. The newest release, Unit 303, offered last month, includes 15 homesites that sit atop a bluff above this beautiful canyon and meadow area. Seven of the homesites are perched on a peninsula that juts out, overlooking this 35 acre future parkland, which is bisected by the seasonal Panther Creek. A short half-mile hike through the meadow, following the creek bed takes you to the Guadalupe River.

Note: This is a general illustration only. Road locations, lot sizes, lot configurations and future development areas may change without notice. Consult the actual recorded final plats for the most accurate information.

These homesites, ranging in size from 1.2 to 3.5 acres, offer extremely unique rock outcroppings off the back of the homesites, which frame the stunning views of the canyon. These east-facing estates are also ideally oriented for expansive backyard patios to capture the prevailing southeast breezes. In just the first two weeks of this new release, over half of the lots are already sold so don’t waste time as this is one of the hottest new offerings in The Springs. These activities and so many others we do are central to a vibrant life here at the Clubs. But how do we measure the success of our health? Do we want to live longer and “survive” our life, or do we want to thrive? Some say we would like quality over quantity; I believe we can have quality in the quantity of years in our lives.

Welcome Letter

It’s Been a Year of Progress and Connection

As the days grow shorter and our community begins to sparkle with holiday lights, I wanted to share a quick note of gratitude and a few friendly reminders as we head into the season. This time of year always seems to bring out the best in people — more get-togethers, more shared meals and more neighborly help when it’s needed most. That spirit is what makes Cordillera Ranch such a special place to call home and, frankly, it’s not solely unique to this time of year.
