Give our ladies a microphone, a mysterious whiskey barrel and a championship on the line, and you can count on a memorable week at Cordillera Ranch!
The 2026 Ranch Round-Up Ladies’ Member-Guest delivered all that and more October 6–8. With “Putts, Pearls & Polka Dots” as this year’s theme, members and guests embraced the fun, bringing festive outfits, competitive spirit and plenty of personality to one of our favorite events of the season.
Tuesday night’s gala set the bar high — and karaoke stole the show! Our ladies proved their talents extended well beyond the golf course, stepping up to the microphone and giving everyone plenty to cheer about. Between the pearls, polka dots and musical performances, there was no shortage of entertainment or laughter.
That energy carried onto the course, where custom tournament songs pumped up the teams before each round. Over 36 holes of Better Ball of Partners competition, players across four flights leaned on their partners, celebrated big putts and battled for a coveted spot in the championship Shoot-Out. Every team had something to play for, with two Wild Card spots keeping the door open for a chance at the overall title.
Of course, the leaderboard wasn’t the only thing drawing attention. Our hidden whiskey barrel had the ladies studying riddles and searching around the Ranch for its secret location. Apparently, we underestimated their detective skills on the first day! A tougher riddle and a more challenging hiding place followed, adding another spirited competition to the week.
Putting, chipping and closest-to-the-pin contests offered more chances to shine, while Wednesday’s Jon Hart shopping experience gave the ladies time to enjoy each other’s company off the course. Throughout the event, the mix of competition and camaraderie was exactly what makes the Ranch Round-Up so special.
But the biggest story was saved for our Championship Shootout on hole #18.
Diane Pfeiffer and Sandi Seley claimed the final Wild Card spot, becoming the very last team admitted to the Shootout. All they needed was a chance — and they made the most of it. After three exciting Shoot-Out rounds on Hole #18, Diane and Sandi were the last team standing and captured the 2026 Ranch Round-Up Overall Championship!
From last in to champions, their finish reminded everyone that once you reach the Shoot-Out, anything can happen.
Congratulations to Diane and Sandi, our flight winners and all our contest winners. Thank you to every member and guest who brought such wonderful energy to the event, and to our teams across the Club who made it possible. The golf gave us an exciting finish, but the friendships, laughter and memories made the entire week a winner.

Kotze Claims Another Crown in Senior Club Championship Thriller
Mike Kotze added another trophy to his collection, winning the 2026 Senior Club Championship after a final-round battle with Nick Mumford. The two traded blows throughout the day before the back nine settled the title. Mumford capped his strong showing by claiming the Senior Division’s net title.
The Super Senior Division had its own late drama. George Gross entered the final round two shots back, then rallied to win the Super Senior Club Championship. Bill Hocking claimed the division’s net title with a net 71 — the championship’s only under-par net round.
Congratulations! Your names are now part of Cordillera Ranch’s history!
