It’s Been a Year of Progress and Connection

The turn of a year is a perfect time to reflect on the year gone by and to look ahead with curiosity about what is yet to come. Over the past months, we’ve welcomed many new families to Cordillera Ranch, seen building activity continuing across the Ranch and enjoyed a season of neighborhood events that reminded us why Cordillera Ranch feels like home.

It’s been a year of progress and connection — friends have been made, porches shared and small moments have become stories that we’ll tell for years to come. As you settle in, or simply continue to enjoy another year here, we’re happy that you all are a part of this community and grateful that you make Cordillera Ranch such a vibrant place to live.

Thank you for being part of what makes Cordillera Ranch special. We’re excited for the memories 2026 will bring — and we’ll see you around the Ranch!

Oh, and one more thing. Since this is the time of year for forecasting and making predictions for the upcoming 12 months, I’d like to leave you with a “lock” for 2026; this WILL be the Dallas Cowboys’ year. You heard it here first!

Cheers to 2026!

Do we want to live longer and “survive” our life, or do we want to thrive? Some say we would like quality over quantity; I believe we can have quality in the quantity of years in our lives.

Happy New Year Cordillera Ranch!

With 2025 behind us, I want to revisit some of the highlights that were brought throughout last year. We enjoyed 10 of our Wine Dinners in 2025. They consisted of one on our Championship Green, two in Axis, one in our Private Dining Room and six in our Main Dining Room. We showcased wines from Italy twice, Chile and all over Oregon and California. We had proprietors, winemakers and product experts as our hosts. This year’s Bubbles and Big Reds was ENORMOUS and covered the entire Clubhouse. We can’t give enough thanks for all the support given in helping make all of these events so amazing. No matter how much work goes into the planning and coordinating, it is so worth it to hear the accolades from all who attend.
