Men’s Night Out
Every Thursday in July and August.
Time: 5:30pm
Entry Fee: $15

MNO events take place throughout the summer. Come out and enjoy 9-holes of golf in a relaxed, fun atmosphere. These events are a great way to get to know your fellow members.

July 2
Red, White & Blue Pool Party
Bring the whole family to our Fourth of July pool party celebration! We’ll have games for the kids, an incredible Independence Day-themed buffet and our fabulous DJ to play all of your favorite summer tunes! (With fun cocktails to enjoy, too!)

July 4
Patriot Partnership
Come out to The Club and help us celebrate Independence Day! This two-person team event is a great way to get out and beat the heat.
Time: 8:30am Shotgun
Entry Fee: $60 Members and $135 Guests, includes guest fees, tee gifts, food and prizes
Teams can be formed by two members or one member and one guest
Format: One Net BB

Open Championship One-Day Member-Guest
Time: 12:30 Shotgun

August

August 10
Junior Club Championship
Time: AM Tee-Times
Format: Flighted Stroke Play based on age and ability
Entry Fee: $30, includes lunch and trophies
Test your skills and all of the things you have learned this summer on the golf course and in our Cordillera Cubs Camps.

August 13
Parent-Child Golf and Fishing Tournament
This event is one of the most popular on the calendar with the kids as it gives parents and their children the opportunity to play golf and fish together, and compete against their fellow junior members. Join us as we also recognize our MVP, Most Improved and Sportsmanship award winners.

August 26-28
Men’s Match Play Championship
Time: 12:00pm on Friday, 8:00am on Saturday and Sunday
Entry Fee: $75, includes food and prizes
Match Play is a popular format with our members so I hope you will consider playing this year. Players are flighted by handicap. The Championship Flight will play without regard to handicap, and matches in all other flights will play off the low handicap in each individual match. The Championship Flight will compete from the Bear tees, middle flights will compete from the Blue and Ranch tees and the highest flight will compete from the Silver tees. Players are guaranteed at least two matches.

POOL HOURS

May 28 – August 21
All pool amenities will be available, including lifeguards, towel service and poolside food and beverage service from 12:00 to 8:00pm with the exception of Mondays, and Tuesdays following holiday weekends.

August 27-28 & September 3-4
The pool will be fully operational during these weekends, including lifeguards, towel service and poolside food and beverage service from 12:00 to 8:00pm.

September 5
Labor Day
The pool will be fully operational, including lifeguards, towel service and poolside food and beverage service from 12:00 to 8:00pm.

Birding in Cordillera Ranch

Bird watching can be a joyful experience. The sounds of birds frolicking outside your Cordillera Ranch home can be a great addition to your garden and landscape. Bird feeders are the quickest and easiest way to attract our winged friends to your yard. If you have ever visited the Outfitter Center at Cordillera Ranch, you’ll have no doubt about how much I enjoy feeding birds and having them around the entire year.

Play-A-Hole #7

The 7th hole at Cordillera Ranch is our second Par-3 that you will encounter and can look pretty daunting from the tee. The green slopes away from you and to the right while being guarded by a large bunker on the front/right side and a couple of bunkers on the left side. In case you thought long was safe … it’s not — there’s another bunker there, too!
