Dave Campbell Book Signing Dinner
Location: Main Dining Room
Spend the evening with legendary football journalist Dave Campbell, featuring dinner, program and a book signing. This event is sure to sell out! Advance reservations are required.

September 14  ::  Frank Family Wine Dinner
Time: 6:30pm
Location: Cabana Dining Room
Join us for an intimate dinner featuring Frank Family Wines. Executive Chef Isaac Cantu and his culinary team will craft a custom menu to pair with these remarkable wines. Advance reservations are required.

September 18-19  ::  Ladies Club Championship
Entry Fee: $100 per player, includes breakfast, lunch, trophies and Golf Shop credit for Overall Champion.
Format & Details: This year’s Ladies Club Championship will be contested as its own event played during the week. Tee Times starting at 9:00am; 36 Hole stroke play flighted by handicap; Gross and net prizes.

Nutrition Noon: How to Eat to be Lean 
Time: Noon
Location: Cabana Dining Room
Fee: $45.00++
Lunch and learn with Jane Riley Ed.D, C.P.T. Director of Fitness and Wellness! Enjoy lunch and learn how to eat to be lean. Curious about Keto, Atkins, Paleo or Intermittent Fasting? September 20-22  ::  Men’s Match Play Championship
Entry Fee: $130 per player, includes breakfast, lunch, prizes and Golf Shop Credit for Flight Winners/Overall Champion
Format & Details: Individual Match Play; Flighted based on September 15th handicap revision; All flights will have 8 competitors.
Championship Flight: The Championship Flight will consist of the lowest 8 handicap index players in the field. The Champion will get his name engraved on the rock.
Net Flights: The competition will be net for all the other flights. Tees will be determined by the tees most commonly played by the majority of players in each flight.

September 28  ::  Grape Stomp Festival
Time: 6:00 to 8:00pm
Location: Poolside
Welcome to our first annual GRAPE STOMP FESTIVAL where you can enjoy Italian music, dinner and wines! Sign up to stomp or just come to watch. Teams will compete to see who can stomp the most juice in five minutes. Advance reservations are required.
Come to WATCH: $29.95++ per person includes Italian Dinner Buffet.
Come to STOMP: $42.95++ per person includes Italian Dinner Buffet, grapes and a T-shirt. A stomping team consists of two people.

October 1  ::  W.O.W. Women of Wine
Time: 6:00 to 9:00pm
Location: Cabana Dining Room
Calling all ladies! Come enjoy this food and wine pairing experience with food demonstrations by Executive Chef Isaac Cantu paired with selected wines by Jeff Cohen.

October 5
MGA Cup Championship & Fall Stableford Open
Time: 9:00am Shotgun
Format & Details: There are two tournaments being played at the same time — both are Stableford format.
1) The Top 60 Yearly Qualifiers are invited to play for the MGA Cup Championship. There is NO Entry Fee for the MGA CUP portion of the day.
2) At the same time, ALL MGA Members are invited to play in the Fall Stableford Open. ALL PLAYERS that day will play in the Fall Stableford Open for cash prizes. Entry Fee is $20 on the day of the Tournament, all paid out as prize money.
Ranch tees are the standard MGA tournament tees but players can choose to play any approved Men’s tees with handicap adjusted accordingly by the Pro Shop.

October 10-12  ::  C-Star Member-Guest

Thursday: 7:00am to 3:00pm: Registration on Golf Shop Terrace 
     8:00 to 10:10am: Practice Round (Split-Tee Start off #1 and #10) 
     11:00am to 3:00pm: Lunch available in the Men’s Grill 
     3:00pm: Putting Tournament
     6:30pm: Thursday Night Party (casual or golf attire)

Friday: 9:00am: First Round Matches Shotgun Start 
     12:00pm: Second Round Matches Shotgun Start 
     3:00pm: Third Round Matches Shotgun Start
     No evening function — you are welcome to make your own dinner      
     reservations. 
     Reservations at the Club can be made by calling 830.336.9000. 

Saturday: 9:00am: Fourth Round Matches Shotgun Start 
     12:00pm: Fifth Round Matches Shotgun Start 
     3:00pm: Lone Star Shootout 
     7:00pm: Awards Dinner/Party at Pool (attire is “Cordillera Casual”)

October 15-17
2019 Ranch Round Up Ladies Member-Guest
Entry Fee: $750, includes Tee gifts, prizes, food, beverage and entertainment 
Entry Deadline: Friday, October 4
Cancellation Fee: $100 (applies to cancellations after noon on Tuesday, October 8)
Format:
     • 36 holes of best ball using the Stableford scoring system
     • Each player’s handicap adjusted to 95% of their course handicap
Shootout:
     • The winning team from each flight will compete in the Shootout to 
        determine the Grand Champion
     • The format will be alternate shot

October 24  ::  Nutrition Noon: Eating for Performance
Time: Noon

Fee: $45.00++
