Howdy Friends,

As we welcome the changing seasons (Busy Season), we are thrilled to share our latest updates with you through Cordillera Living Magazine. At the Club, we are constantly striving to provide our members with an exceptional experience, and this season is no exception.

In this issue, we want to take a moment to explain our service charge and additional tip policy. Our service charge is a percentage of your total bill that goes towards compensating our employee partners for their hard work in providing you with unparalleled service. This system ensures that everyone involved in making your experience memorable receives a fair share of the service charge.

Moreover, we also offer you the opportunity to show appreciation for individual partners or groups of staff members who go above and beyond in delivering exceptional service. The additional tip is a voluntary amount that is left to the discretion of the member and goes directly to the person or people responsible for providing outstanding service.

By supporting our service charge and additional tip policy, you are not only helping us attract the most talented individuals to work here at Cordillera Ranch, but also helping us maintain a consistent level of service that we are incredibly proud of.

We hope that this explanation has been helpful and encourages you to support our partners in delivering the exceptional service that we are known for. As always, we value your feedback and welcome any questions or concerns you may have.

Thank you for your support of the Club and we look forward to continuing to serve you.

Warmest regards,

Michael McClellan
Director of Food and Beverage
