Yet again we had another successful and well-attended Cordillera Ranch Preferred Builders Tour back in April. Our biannual event, showcasing the work of our six talented Preferred Builders, welcomed more than 300 guests to tour eight magnificent homes from The Springs, through the Ranch and into Clubs Village.
Before we get into the details of our recent Spring Tour and look back at all eight homes, here’s a little background on what our Preferred Builders Tour is all about. Every spring and fall, our six Preferred Builders — Paul Allen Custom Homes, Burdick Custom Homes, Garner Homes, Todd Glowka Builder, Lifestyle by Stadler and Pasadera Builder — open the doors to some of the most spectacular homes you’ll find anywhere, with jaw-dropping views and the latest in design trends and technologies. The day gives our visitors not only the opportunity to see the best of the best, but it also provides them with a chance to chat with Preferred Builders, one-on-one, about the dream home they are thinking about building. Following the tour, a Happy Hour is hosted by CR Realty and the Preferred Builders at The Clubs of Cordillera Ranch Pool where they can unwind, cast a vote for their favorites of the day, continue conversations with our builders, and get a feel for why LIFE IS BETTER OUT HERE as the sun sets over the Texas Hill Country. It’s truly a great day and one we look forward to every year.
Now — on to the Spring 2025 Tour!
While all homes were magnificent, one stood out amongst our guests as the favorite — Paul Allen Custom Homes’ entry at 62 Sierra Point in The Springs. The 5,605-square-foot private estate not only took home the Best Home Award, but it also won the Favorite Kitchen title this go-round. The comfortable and warm, yet sophisticated design was an instant hit with visitors, many remarking how inviting and relaxing the home felt. Well done Paul Allen team!
It wasn’t all one-sided though. The Garner Homes team snagged the Best Outdoor Space title with their model home at 6 Monterey Trail in The Springs. It’s not surprising, with its large putting green, spacious covered patio, summer kitchen and a pool to die for, Garner’s attention to what makes an incredible outdoor living area was rightfully recognized as one of the best many folks said they had ever seen.
Congratulations to both groups on their special recognitions and a HUGE thank you to all six Preferred Builders for their hard work and dedication to making this a must-attend event year after year.
