The Spa and Fitness Club at The Clubs of Cordillera Ranch provides everything you need for your wellness journey. From group exercise classes to the wonderful benefits of Pilates, and personal training to therapeutic massages, there are many services to help you maintain a healthy body and mind so you can enjoy more in life. There is no better time than now to reevaluate your current well-being and consider how that is serving you outside of your fitness regimen.

Well-Rounded Group Exercise

The Club’s group exercise program offers a variety of classes in a setting that incorporates support, friendship and structure into your fitness routine. Whether you are interested in cardio health and functional fitness, strengthening or stretching, or managing spinal wellness, there are classes for all interests and fitness levels. Kelly Vizzone, one of our professional group exercise instructors, will help you find the right class to receive the most benefits from your workouts while enjoying a fun and social atmosphere. One member shared, “As a new resident, the Cordillera Ranch Group Classes were key to my developing some amazing friendships. We have so much fun that it motivates me to exercise more!”

The Benefits of Pilates

Pilates is an effective way to build upon your strengths, as well as repattern movements that aren’t serving you on the golf course, tennis courts or life in general. The Club’s Pilates program provides four reformers for group, duet or semi-private instruction, and a studio for private Pilates sessions, all taught by Master Pilates Instructor, Kris Cracknell. During a guided reformer Pilates session, you will tap into a new level of body awareness by combining breathing patterns with equal focus on mobilizing and stabilizing. With consistent Pilate’s sessions, you will discover optimal, functional movement for your body.

Professional Personal Training

An ideal way to stay motivated, accountable and track your progress is to train with one of the Club’s personal trainers. For exercise plans, nutritional guidance, pain management and goal setting, our professional trainers can guide you on your health and wellness journey. The Club’s newest certified personal trainer is Mike Miller, and as a former collegiate basketball player, he is excited to help members achieve their fitness goals. All of our certified trainers can provide personalized plans to support you on your path.

Rejuvenating Spa Treatments

In addition to reducing pain and stiffness, the benefits of massage extend to stress management and reduced anxiety, a stronger immune system, increased flexibility and so much more. The Club’s Spa Services offers a variety of massage therapies that can be customized to specific needs. New to the spa team, Lisa Geiman has over 10 years of experience in deep tissue, trigger point, therapeutic, sports, Swedish and hot stone massages, foot scrubs, manual stretching and a variety of other techniques can be customized to each member’s specific needs. Our spa team professionals will have you feeling refreshed, restored and pampered.

The fitness and spa professionals at The Clubs of Cordillera Ranch are ready to help members and their guests achieve their goals and cater to their needs. If I can describe group classes in one word, I would say FUN! Every class I have taken with Kelly has been fun! She makes everyone feel comfortable no matter what level. I have recently started taking her Zumba class and it’s definitely my favorite! I always feel great after each class!” – Amy Pennington

After several months of hip pain, and no relief from other therapies, I decided to try a massage with Lisa. Lisa is great at listening and customizes my massages to fit my needs. After the first massage with Lisa, my muscle spasms stopped and I was able to sleep at night with no pain.” – Leslie Parnell

Birding in Cordillera Ranch

Bird watching can be a joyful experience. The sounds of birds frolicking outside your Cordillera Ranch home can be a great addition to your garden and landscape. Bird feeders are the quickest and easiest way to attract our winged friends to your yard. If you have ever visited the Outfitter Center at Cordillera Ranch, you’ll have no doubt about how much I enjoy feeding birds and having them around the entire year.

Manager's Message

Wow, what a time of year!

Spring never disappoints, with warmer weather, longer days and prettier everything, it’s easy to feel a sense of rejuvenation and rebirth during these splendid months. While we’re only a handful of months into the year, and there’s a feeling of a fresh start, it also feels as though some things are coming to conclusion.

Play-A-Hole #7

The 7th hole at Cordillera Ranch is our second Par-3 that you will encounter and can look pretty daunting from the tee. The green slopes away from you and to the right while being guarded by a large bunker on the front/right side and a couple of bunkers on the left side. In case you thought long was safe … it’s not — there’s another bunker there, too!
