The summer season brings the addition of Poolside dining and a new Signature menu at The Clubs of Cordillera Ranch. From the casual and light poolside fare to scratch-crafted dishes presented as an elegant dining experience, both offer great options from our culinary team.

Poolside 

Poolside Dining, Tuesday to Sunday, Noon to 8:00pm
Enjoy a snack or light meal while relaxing poolside and having some fun in the sun. Casual yet fresh and tasty, the Poolside menu offers new dishes to enjoy through the summer. Some samplings from the Poolside menu:

The Signature Dining menu has been completely updated to reflect current seasonal and local products available to The Club. Designed to provide a higher level of cuisine than the ranch menu, these hand-crafted dishes from locally farmed products cross culinary borders and offer a unique freshness that only select ingredients can provide.
