Education

I received a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management and Marketing from St. John Fisher College.

How did you get into your field?

After college I moved to Florida with the plan to play on a couple of mini tours. I found Frenchman’s Creek Beach and Country Club, and as long as I worked full time for them they gave me a place to practice year-round. After working there for a few months they eventually asked me if I wanted to become an Assistant Golf Professional and enroll in the PGA program. Now here I am.

How long have you been with Cordillera Ranch?

I started working at Cordillera on May 1, 2015.

What is your favorite aspect of working in the Hill Country?

You can’t beat the views out in the Hill Country. It reminds me of the views when I lived in Pennsylvania.

What is your favorite activity to do in the Hill Country?

My favorite activity is to go hunting for anything that moves.

What are your hobbies/interests?

Watching #Bachelor with my girlfriend while sipping wine on the couch, and taking long walks on the beach.

What’s your favorite sport?

I love hockey. I started playing when I was 5 years old.

Favorite sporting event you’ve attended?

I would have to say it was going to my first Philadelphia Flyers playoff game with my dad. They beat the New Jersey Devils and afterwards we watched the Devils get on their bus as Flyers fans were heckling them.

Favorite quote?

If you’re not nervous then it just means you don’t care.

Favorite movie and why?

Law Abiding Citizen — It’s a great storyline about a man getting revenge for what was done to his family.

What has been your greatest challenge in your business?

Definitely, remembering names. No one in my family is good at remembering names so I would have to say this has been a struggle. That being said, I am getting much better at it.

What has been your most rewarding experience in your business?

The most rewarding experience in this business is constantly meeting new people.

Favorite aspect or feature at Cordillera Ranch?

The golf course is my favorite feature. It is an amazing design and such a beautiful course.
