The holidays come alive at Cordillera Ranch with a festive lineup of cherished traditions for all ages. We’re indulging, sipping, decorating and toasting with family and friends, and giving back to our Kendall County community in the true spirit of the season.

Bubbles & Big Reds

November 24 :: 6:00 to 8:30pm

This year’s Bubbles and Big Reds Wine Extravaganza will be the grandest to date. Enjoy pours from legendary labels as we present themed tastings and food pairings throughout the evening. Let the bubbles flow and the reds glow — this is one holiday soirée you won’t want to miss!

Thanksgiving Brunch at Cordillera Ranch

November 26 :: 10:00am to 3:00pm, last seating at 1:30pm

Let us handle the cooking so you can focus on what Thanksgiving is all about — a delicious holiday brunch filled with all your Thanksgiving favorites, live entertainment and plenty of time to enjoy family and friends. With reservations available from 10:00am to 3:00pm, there’s a time for everyone to gather and feast! Rather celebrate at home? Our Thanksgiving To-Go options bring all the holiday favorites straight to your table, without the fuss. Now that’s something to be thankful for!

18th Annual Turkey Trot & Stuffing Stroll

November 27 :: 9:00am to 2:00pm

Now it’s time to run or walk off all of our Thanksgiving goodies! Bring out the family, the pets and the littles in strollers for a 5k run (3.1 miles) or a 1.5-mile stroll around the neighborhood. It’s great camaraderie, a little competition and a fabulous brunch at Axis afterwards. Bergheim Urgent Care will even be on hand for complimentary B12 shots.

Cordillera Ranch Tree Lighting

December 1 :: 5:00 to 9:00pm, Tree Lighting at 7:00pm

Undeniably the official kick-off to the holiday season at Cordillera Ranch, good company, festive music and a spectacular buffet set the stage for the celebrations ahead. As the tree comes to life at 7:00pm, we’ll raise a glass and toast to the season — a joyful evening of togetherness, tradition and holiday cheer.

Blue Santa | Ugly Sweater Gold Rush

December 2 :: 5:00 to 9:00pm

Rock your most outrageous, but family-friendly holiday sweater for a chance to win prizes, dig into a delicious prime rib buffet, and get a head start on your holiday shopping at the Golf Shop where loads of special merchandise has arrived! Best of all, spread a little extra Christmas cheer by helping make the season brighter for kids in Kendall County. Come for the fun, stay for the feast, and leave with gifts for your favorite folks, plus a little more holiday spirit!

Now in our fifth consecutive year, Cordillera Cares has been honored to partner with the Kendall County Sheriff’s Foundation Blue Santa program, providing Christmas stockings for the cause, thanks to the generous and heartfelt donations from our members and staff. Cordillera Cares will be on-hand at Gold Rush to accept donations and we can’t wait too support the amazing kids of Kendall County.

Gingerbread House Decorating

December 5 :: 9:00 to 11:00am and 12:00 to 2:00pm

Imaginations run wild as kids decorate their very own Gingerbread House with colorful icing, festive candies and plenty of sugary fun. With houses assembled and ready to decorate, all that’s missing is a little creativity. Then settle in for a breakfast or lunch buffet, depending on your time slot, where guests are welcome even if they aren’t decorating a Gingerbread House. Festive attire is encouraged to add a little extra cheer to this joyful experience.

9:00am – Beginner Class: Perfect for younger children, this relaxed session encourages free-form decorating and festive fun.

12:00pm – Advanced Workshop: Led by Pastry Chef Erica Tucker, this session is ideal for older kids eager to learn decorating techniques and elevate their gingerbread creations.

Breakfast with Santa

December 12 ::

9:00 to 10:30am and 11:00am to 12:30pm

Breakfast with Santa is a beloved holiday tradition at the Ranch. The Clubhouse will be transformed into a winter wonderland for this enchanting morning that features special photo opportunities with Santa and a delicious holiday buffet. Kids can even write their letters to Santa and deliver them in person, adding a touch of magic to the day.

Jingle Bell Breakfast Bash

December 24 :: 8:00am to 3:00pm

Start your Christmas Eve with a little extra coziness and a whole lot of holiday cheer! Join us for Christmas pancakes piled high with your favorite toppings, or enjoy your favorites from our Axis menu. Settle in with classic Christmas movies playing throughout the dining room, and don’t forget to wear your fuzziest, comfiest Christmas PJs! It’s the perfect excuse to relax, enjoy some tasty treats, and spend quality time with family and friends before the magic of Christmas morning arrives.

The holidays are one of my favorite times of year at Cordillera Ranch. There is something special about seeing the Club dressed for the season, members gathering with family and friends, and the Golf Shop filling with gifts, festive apparel and a little extra Christmas cheer. This year, we are making holiday shopping easier — and a lot more fun!

When It Feels Right: Marcy and Chet Burchett

For Marcy and Chet Burchett, some of life’s biggest decisions have required surprisingly little debate. That includes their marriage, moves across the country and eventually overseas, their return to Texas, their church and, especially, their home in Cordillera Ranch. Again and again, the answer has been the same: when something feels right, they just know it.

Introducing The Majors: A Legendary Enclave at Cordillera Ranch

We’ve been biting our tongue for the past few months, sharing bits of information, and generally being coy about a new Unit of home sites under construction in Clubs Village.
