TRX Suspension Training is a convenient, effective way to combine strength, endurance, flexibility and balance exercise into your workout routine. Blow past the competition with this intense, 60-minute workout. TRX will help build up your power, endurance, core stability, speed and strength. Natalie will include step-by-step instructions as she takes participants through the TRX workout.
Join instructor Natalie Sales for TRX Sports Conditioning at the Outfitter Center on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. She also teaches small group private TRX classes scheduled to fit your schedule.
