Brianna Botine, Director of Membership & Lodging, and Player Development Professional, Katie Dillard, will be hosts for a Cordillera Ranch Signature Vacation in South Africa! This one- of-a-kind exclusive trip will include all ground transportation in Africa, local flights from Cape Town to Nelspruit and Skukuza to Johannesburg and 5-Star luxury accommodations in Cape Town, Franschhoek and Sabi Sabi Private Game Reserve. Local tours will include excursions to see the penguins and Table Mountain, golf at Steenberg, Erinvale and the iconic Leopard Creek Golf Club, private wine tasting at Vergelegen Winery and many hidden gems only known to locals, and multiple game drives throughout the safari. Breakfast is included each morning as well as lunch and dinner at the Sabi Sabi Private Game Reserve.

Cape Town, Mount Nelson
March 14 – 17 (3 nights)

Set in the vibrant heart of Cape Town, this legendary pink hotel and spa offers easy access to all that’s happening in this beautiful city. The Mount Nelson offers the perfect combination of leafy tranquility and contemporary buzz. Whether dining on exotic Cape cuisine, soaking up the sun or exploring the buzzing streets, your time here promises endless memories to cherish. Breakfast is included each morning.

• A full day private tour of the Cape Peninsula to the towering headland known as Cape Point, includes magnificent beaches, breathtaking views and picturesque coastal villages seen along the way. Visit the penguins on Boulders Beach, and if the weather allows, you could even swim with them. 

• Set out for 18 holes of golf at Steenberg Golf Club, or enjoy shopping and local cafes in Cape Town. 

• After your morning golf or shopping experience, take a trip up the cable car to Table Mountain and enjoy sightseeing in the city.

March 17 – 19 (2 nights)

Kruger National Park, Buhala Lodge
March 19 – 21 (2 nights)

Buhala Lodge is an enchanting colonial-style thatch roof lodge situated on the Southern banks of the Crocodile River. With ample outdoor veranda space, guests can relax and dine outside while admiring gorgeous views of Kruger National Park. Members of the Big 5 are frequent visitors to the property, along with many other species such as antelope. Buhala Lodge is known for fine cuisine and exceptional wines. Breakfast and dinner are included each day.

• Golf at the exclusive Leopard Creek Country Club, South Africa’s number one golf course, usually reserved for members only.

• Safaris into the Kruger National Park are arranged and hosted by experienced guides. Early morning walks and night drives can also be arranged as well as any and all transfers that might be needed.

• An open deck bush spa with sweeping views over the Kruger National Park and the Crocodile River provides a variety of treatments for those who wish to relax after a long day.

Sabi Sand, Sabi Sabi Earth Lodge
March 21 – 24 (3 nights)

Sculpted deep into the natural landscape, Earth Lodge takes its cue from nature – textures, colors, light and space all reflect the luxury lodge’s surrounding bushveld. Twelve suites break with traditional safari style to showcase hand-carved furniture sculptures, rich linens and earthy colors. 

Each suite features individually designed furniture, a private plunge pool, an enormous ensuite, glass-fronted bathroom and both an indoor and outdoor shower. The natural wooden sculptures by renowned South African artist Geoffrey Armstrong add a powerful magic. The lodge also features a wine cellar, spa, boma, library and fire pit. All meals and local drinks are included. 

• Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives with your ranger in open vehicles that allow you hear and smell the African bush while giving you unhindered views of the wildlife. While in search of the animals, you spend time at waterholes and lookout points, and stop at picnic spots at regular intervals to enjoy snacks and refreshments. You might come across buffalo crossing the road or a herd of elephant browsing. Sit back and relax while an experienced guide shares his extensive knowledge of the surroundings.
