The Springs of Cordillera Ranch

If you haven’t visited Cordillera’s newest neighborhood, the Springs, it’s worth a tour. Much progress has been made this year in the 65-lot first phase of this expansion east in Cordillera Ranch. Overall, 26 lots have been sold to individuals and builders, ranging from $115k to $300k. The mix of lots in the Springs ranges from just under an acre to 3.7 acres; 51 of the lots are in excess of an acre.

Garner Homes has a model home open every day in the Springs and a recently completed new home totaling 4,003 square feet with four bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths on one acre. Now available, it is listed at $859k (38 Vaquero Pass). Just across the street from Garner’s new home is Stadler Custom Homes’ newest addition to the Springs — a 3,702-square-foot Modern Farmhouse with four bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths on 1.4 acres — listed at $1.33MM (46 Ledgestone Trail).

Also this year, the new Springs Visitor Center was completed. Located across the street from Garner’s model home on Vaquero Pass, this satellite visitor center provides a place to gather information on the Springs and its amenities. Lastly, The Springs Sports Park, with multi-use sports fields including soccer, football and baseball fields, along with a basketball court, is nearing completion. This addition will provide an added place to play for the many families throughout Cordillera Ranch that call the community home. The guard house at the Springs entry will also be added later this summer to help manage the access control to the Springs development and other areas of Cordillera Ranch via remote monitoring from this location.
