It’s no secret that Cordillera Ranch is a special place to live, and celebrations centered on the natural beauty and unique features of the property become exceptional events with one-of-a-kind experiences reflecting each individual client’s personality. If you choose to entertain in your home on the Ranch, the Clubs’ staff can cater a party to fit any theme you can dream of. Corporate Outings
Cordillera Ranch is an excellent place to host company meetings and team-building activities as the unique environment allows companies to conduct business while enjoying all of the amenities on the Ranch. A recent member’s corporate outing provided their guests with luxury overnight accommodations at the new Lodges at Cordillera Ranch so they could be on property or go into Boerne with the use of the Clubs’ Mercedes Vans. They had daily meetings with catered meals in the private dining room, team building activities in the afternoon, evening cocktails fireside and dinner in the private dining room.
Multiple meeting spaces accommodate any group size and can be combined with an exhilarating clay pigeon shoot, a relaxing round of golf or trail ride, a kayaking trip on the river or any other activities available on the Ranch. The Lodges at Cordillera Ranch are perfect for overnight outings with four individual suites and two rooms in the Elmax unit and four deluxe suites with a common area in the Georg. Add in food and beverage options, whether casual or up-scale, and customized merchandise, and you have a world-class meeting and sporting event to entertain and motivate your employees.

Home Parties
Whatever the occasion, entertaining in your home can be a beautiful and stress-free experience. The Clubs’ staff can cater to any size event at a member’s home within the Ranch, providing staffing and equipment for food and beverage, set-up, service and clean-up, and can assist in outsourcing extra rentals, tents, tables, floral, etc. Planning begins with a one-on-one meeting where Executive Chef Isaac Cantu advises on creating the perfect menu for the event, coordinators take care of the other details, and before you know it, you have enjoyed your own lovely party and your home looks as perfect and clean at the end of the evening as it did when the Clubs’ staff arrived.

Catering To-Go
Catering options, whether for pickup or delivery, provide members the opportunity to host smaller gatherings in their homes with the convenience of delicious, prepared meals from the Club’s culinary team. It’s as easy as creating a custom menu suitable for any special occasion, and receiving it hot and ready to serve. Packaged in disposable containers, the meals can easily go straight to your table, or you can choose to transfer to your own platters.
Weddings
The celebration of marriage reflects a couple’s love, commitment and tradition, and their desire to share their joy with family and friends. The Club’s staff strives to make each couple’s special day their most memorable occasion and accommodate wedding parties of all sizes.
Kristen and Ben Beyer originally planned a May wedding at the Club, only to postpone due to the pandemic. But on June 25th, they were able to enjoy their intimate dream wedding by the pool and ceremonial tee, and hosted guests to a weekend of customized activities at the Club. Their vision was to celebrate with family and friends while enjoying all of the amenities they love at the Club, and support local Boerne vendors for flowers, photography, rentals and such. Their reception included their favorite dishes from the Club’s menu — Ben’s Venison Loin and Kristen’s Sea Bass — dubbed the “Beyer’s Surf and Turf.” They swapped a wedding cake for individual skillet cookies for guests, with a small cake for the couple to cut and taste for tradition. The beverage team delivered specialty cocktails and wine, remembering specific requests for guests on the golf course the next day.
Out-of-town guests enjoyed accommodations at Cordillera Ranch’s new Lodges where staff members organized group dining experiences, golf for the men, wine tasting for the women, and even a breakfast taco delivery to each room on the morning of departure. Guests were greeted with welcome boxes and a weekend itinerary in each room, and provided golf carts personalized with their names and wedding logo. Even the flower girls and ring bearer were treated to a special Tee Pee, set up for their enjoyment.

Brittany and Caleb Bergeleen were another couple affected by the pandemic, searching for the perfect venue for their small, intimate wedding. They opted to have their ceremony and reception in the Club’s main dining room on June 20th. The spectacular panoramic views from the Clubhouse and Amanda’s attention to detail cemented their decision and instilled a sense of confidence that their most special day would be enjoyed by all.
